CosmeSoap’s factory is equipped with state-of-the-art machines, which allow our customers incredible design flexibility with regard to their finished private label soap products. We can provide a wide range of shapes, sizes, weights, colors, etc. depending on your specific needs and preferences.
A Modern Manufacturing Process
CosmeSoap uses all-vegetable soap bases (80% palm oil/ 20% coconut oil) or Organic soap bases, as well as synthetic bases in our pharmaceutical dermatological soap bars. The following additives are utilized according to the product specifications (dry additives: coloring pigments, seaweed, crushed apricot shells, etc.; liquid additives: perfume, sweet almond oil, Shea butter, etc.; powder additives, especially for dermatological soaps, etc.). These ingredients are blended using a mixing device, and are then compacted and refined by double extrusion. A press or molding machine is then used to create the required shape of soap.
Guaranteed Traceability
The CosmeSoap team ensures the traceability of your order from the arrival of raw materials to the delivery of the finished soap products. We
have quality assurance checks at each stage of the manufacturing process:
- Raw materials are sampled and analyzed
- Suppliers' analysis bulletins are checked
- Technical and safety data sheets for each raw material are complied
- Microbiological analyses can be conducted on the customer's request
- Regular samples of the products are taken and stored in the sample library during the manufacturing and packaging processes (to test the weight, olfactory quality, visual quality, etc.)
- All of this information is recorded in a file, to be provided the customer upon request.
