Packaging

We recognize that the appearance of your finished private label product is vital to the success of your business, which is why our professionals pay particular attention to the packaging portion of your product. CosmeSoap has a diverse range of soap packaging materials, and we provide primary and secondary packaging of products.

- Primary Packaging

CosmeSoap is equipped to provide the following:

- Transparent, stretchable and pleat-wrapped packaging film
- Transparent, white, frosted, colored or printed heat-sealable flow packs and bags
- White or heat-transfer printed (mildew resistant) wrapping folded in an X
- Labeling

- Secondary packaging

The secondary packaging (private label) process is performed by machines, or manually, depending on the production requirements.

- Box packaging (wood, plastic, aluminum, etc.)
- Cardboard case packaging
- Outer packaging in PP (polypropylene) cases
- Cellophane

CosmeSoap pays special attention to detail and finish, and provides the care required during each stage of the soap packaging production process, from the arrival of raw materials to the packaging, and delivery of the finished product.

Logistics


- Storage

The CosmeSoap factory has 5,000m² of storage space available for the storage of your soap products. This space includes 1,500m of shelf space, and can be extended to 2,000m, i.e. an approximate capacity of 1,500 to 2,000 pallets.

- Distribution

We ensure the picking, invoicing and delivery of your soap products to your customers, not only nationally but also internationally. Our logistics organization covers all parts of this service.
